Who opened doors for me: Gayle Williams

Why I work for Open Door: I work for the Open Door because of my commitment to higher education and education as a whole.

When I’m not working for Open Door: I enjoy relaxing with my family, traveling, getting a massage to relax, and being an advocate for youth and women.

My greatest happiness: My greatest happiness and joy is my family. Particularly I am proudest of my daughter Diandra who is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry and currently doing cancer research, and my son Josef, a wonderfully generous, kind, and loyal soul—a wonderful artist and musician, who will be moving on to college. However, I would be remise if I did not include my husband of 25 years who has been my support and companion on many of my activities.
